Chainring Bolts
Where can I buy single stack chainring bolts?
I live in San Jose California. I would prefer to buy these at a local bike shops to avoid shipping costs. BTW, I am converting my mountain bike to a single speed.
Check your local shops. If you have a Cambria store near you, they’ve probably got them or can order them from BTI or QBP in a couple days. www.webcyclery.com has them, too (if it’s not on the website, call them)
EDIT: None of the bike shops around here charges for special orders…..they do daily or bi-weekly orders with the major distributors and usually have them in a day or two. Most shops do this nowadays to minimize overhead, and the distributors make it easy for them to do it that way. It makes good sense for everyone…..except the customer.
