mountain bike crank and BB?
will i have to change my BB often and use the same crank arm?
and how do i maintain them?
What kind of crank and BB are you using, and how are you using them? Sealed cartridge units (newer sqaure taper and ISIS/Octalink) are pretty much maintenance free. Same story for the new external BB cranksets. Best rule of thumb: If it doesn’t make noise, LEAVE IT ALONE!
