Mountain Bike headset installing and reinstalling?

I’ve had my Chris King Classic headset for a few years now and I change frames about 2 times a year for various reasons like frames breaking, upgrading frames, etc.
Does this installing/reinstalling really put that much wear on the headset?

Wear would only occur when any damage is done during the process. So as long as you are very careful it’s OK.

Curious though, I never heard of a 2 annual frame change. I’ve never broke a frame in my long cycling career. I guess your weakness is frames like my weakness for wheel sets!
